Odetah’s lake area provides a wonderful and safe environment for everyone!
From little ones catching their first fish to the most veteran anglers testing their skills against the greatest catches in Odetah’s storied history. Fishing is an art that takes patience and skill. It relaxes the mind and body and bodes adrenaline and excitement with every bite. Of course there’s nothing wrong with a little bragging at night around the campfire either. Odetah has played host to Charlie Moore “The Mad Fisherman”, one of the most recognizable outdoorsmen in the country from ESPN and NESN, for the filming of an episode featuring NBA champion and all-star shooting guard Ray Allen. Grab your tackle box, rod and reel and see how you stack up against the legendary competition. We have an array of fish that you may find in our lake, the following are the most common: large mouth bass, sunfish, perch, bluegill, pumpkin seed, trout, pickerel and walleye.
